The main tractor light types

Warning beacons are amber lamps that mark a slow vehicle on the road, and UK law requires one on any vehicle limited to 25mph when it uses an unrestricted dual carriageway. Work lights flood the field, hitch and yard with light and are not for road use. Headlights carry dipped and main beam with an ECE approval mark. Rear lamps combine tail, brake, indicator and fog functions in one unit. Marker lamps show white to the front, amber to the side and red to the rear on wide and long vehicles.
