Every product carries a 12-month warranty, on top of your statutory rights.
Every product sold by Agri Lighting is covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, counted from the date of delivery. Hella, Truck-Lite and other branded products also carry their manufacturer's own warranty; where that is longer than 12 months, we honour the longer period.
What is covered
- Any product that stops working, or does not work as described, because of a defect in the way it was made or the materials used, within 12 months of delivery.
- Replacement, repair or refund once the fault is confirmed. We pay the return postage on confirmed faults.
What is not covered
- Damage from incorrect fitting, connection to the wrong voltage (for example a 12V lamp on a 24V system), water getting in through an unsealed connection, or modification of the product.
- Wear and tear, including bulbs and consumable parts that have reached the end of their normal life.
- Accidental or impact damage, or damage from pressure washing directly into a lamp or connector.
- Products used outside the manufacturer's specification, or off-road-only products used on the public highway.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is faulty or not as described you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or a refund if that is not possible. A fault that appears within six months of delivery is treated as having been present at delivery unless we can show otherwise. These rights apply regardless of the 12-month warranty.
How to make a claim
- Email [email protected] or use the form on this page with your order number, the part number, a description of the fault and photographs or a short video if you can. Or call 01522 440522, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
- We reply as quickly as we can, normally within one working day, and for most claims arrange a collection or send a prepaid return label.
- Once the item reaches us and the fault is confirmed, we send a replacement from stock, repair the item or refund you, usually within five working days of receipt.
- If no fault is found, or the damage falls outside the warranty, we explain why and offer to return the item to you.
Getting the fitment right first time
Most lighting faults we see are wiring rather than the lamp: a poor earth, a corroded connector or the wrong voltage. If you are unsure, send us the tractor model and serial number or the part number on the old lamp before ordering, and we will confirm the correct part and the connection it needs.
