The Modul 90i LED is a compact recessed worklight with powerful light output. The installation housing was dimensioned to add an LED worklight to HELLA’s existing 90 module series. The black aluminium housing has cooling fins that provide the necessary heat dissipation for the four high-performance multi-chip LEDs. In addition, temperature sensors protect the worklight from overheating. This is the only way to ensure the long service life of the LEDs and safe working at night. Thanks to its powerful light output of 3,800 lumens, the Modul 90i LED can replace xenon worklights – with a power consumption of only 36 watts. This makes the worklight ideal for use on battery-operated vehicles and vehicles whose alternator is already heavily loaded. The light is distributed with a specially developed multi-facet reflector that ensures homogeneous illumination. The spotlight can be operated with either 12 or 24 volts. The integrated electronics protect the unit in the event of reverse polarity and ensure constant brightness even with a fluctuating operating voltage of 9 to 32 volts. The light of the LED worklight is very similar to daylight. This has the effect of distinguishing colours more clearly in the dark, making sensory perception much easier for the human eye. Thus preventing rapid eye fatigue when working at night.
