Road lighting and work lighting on a tractor

Road lighting (headlights, tail lights, indicators, number plate lights and beacons) carries an E-mark or ECE approval and is checked under the Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations 1989. Work lighting (work lamps and light bars) is off-road lighting and is switched off on the public road. The category pages below separate the two so the right approval is easy to find.

How to match a tractor light

Five details decide fitment: system voltage (12V or 24V), connector or plug type, beam pattern, mounting bracket and lamp dimensions. Filter by voltage and technology on each page, or choose the tractor make and model to see the lights listed against that machine.
