At Agri Lighting, part of the Nick Young Tractor Parts Ltd family, we take great care to ensure your lighting products are securely packaged and delivered as efficiently as possible.
This page explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, and returns.
UK Delivery
We partner with a range of trusted couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS, TNT, Tuffnells, Palletline and Countrywide to deliver our orders safely and quickly.
Dispatch Times
- Stock items: usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Non-stock items: dispatched according to the lead time shown at checkout.
- Delivery times:
- Royal Mail: allow up to 10 working days
- Couriers: typically 1–2 working days after dispatch
- Offshore & remote areas (e.g. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Highlands): please allow extra time
- During busy periods such as Christmas, deliveries may take longer
All UK postage costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and volume of your order. Prices range from £3.95 to £80 for larger or heavier items.
International Delivery
We ship to many countries worldwide using reputable international couriers.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
- Stock items: dispatched within 1–2 working days
- Non-stock items: dispatched according to our delivery forecast
- Estimated times:
- Royal Mail International: allow up to 30 working days
- Courier delivery: usually 1–21 working days
- Please allow up to 28 working days during peak seasons
Parcels sent outside the UK are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis.
This means you, the customer, are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in your country.
Our courier will contact you before delivery if charges are due.
If you refuse to pay these fees, your order may be abandoned and non-refundable.
Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
If you would like to track your order, please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide your tracking number.
We recommend that someone is present at your delivery address to sign for and inspect the parcel upon arrival.
- Once goods are signed for, they become your responsibility.
- We cannot accept claims for damage made after the parcel has been signed for.
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it wherever possible.
- If an identical replacement cannot be supplied, we will issue a credit for future use.
- Orders shipped to addresses not registered to the payment card are sent at the customer’s risk due to higher potential for third-party collection.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or a failure to collect, you will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect all items upon receipt.
If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or goods, please note this with the courier at the time of delivery and notify us within 3 working days.
Claims for missing or damaged items must be raised within this timeframe so we can investigate with our delivery partners.
Lost Parcels
Unfortunately, parcels cannot be declared lost until:
- 10 working days have passed for UK Royal Mail deliveries, or
- 21 working days have passed for international Royal Mail deliveries.
We cannot issue replacements or refunds until the courier confirms that your parcel has been officially declared lost.
Please note: All glass and fragile items are shipped at the customer’s own risk.
Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase.
If you need to return an item, please contact us first at [email protected] to receive a return authorisation.
Returns Conditions
- Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Returns due to customer error (incorrectly ordered items) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item value.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or was supplied incorrectly.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If we’ve sent you the wrong item or it’s faulty, please notify us within 3 working days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund once the item has been inspected.
Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates only; delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors are beyond our control.
- We cannot accept liability for consequential losses if goods arrive late.
- Some products (such as engine oils and coolants) cannot be shipped due to carrier restrictions.
- We may occasionally change the courier service if stock levels or order contents require it. This will only be done to ensure safe or more cost-effective delivery.
