Agri Lighting, part of Nick Young Tractor Parts Ltd, ships lighting parts from the UK.
This page explains delivery options, dispatch times, tracking, customs, and returns.
Payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe.
We accept Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe where available at checkout.
UK dispatch cut-off and working days
We treat Monday to Friday as working days, excluding UK bank holidays.
We process in-stock orders placed before 4pm for next working day dispatch.
We process in-stock orders placed after 4pm on the next working day.
We dispatch non-stock items to the lead time shown at checkout.
UK delivery services and timeframes
We use Royal Mail and couriers such as DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx TNT, DX, and Palletline.
We aim to deliver most UK courier shipments 1–2 working days after dispatch.
We ask you to allow up to 10 working days for Royal Mail services.
We do not offer Saturday delivery as a selectable service.
UK shipping costs
Checkout calculates delivery cost from weight, size, destination, and service.
UK Mainland offers flat rate and free shipping options when available at checkout.
Offshore, remote, and surcharge postcodes
Some UK postcodes incur a surcharge due to carrier routing.
Checkout confirms surcharge postcodes and the price before you pay.
Examples include Northern Ireland postcode areas such as BT1, BT10, BT11, BT12, BT13, BT14, BT15, BT16, and BT17.
International shipping countries
We ship internationally using zone-based shipping.
Checkout shows the exact countries, services, and prices for your address.
Zone 1 countries include Belgium, Guernsey, Jersey, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
Zone 2 countries include Germany, France, and Monaco.
Zone 3 countries include Andorra, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, and Vatican City.
Zone 4 countries include Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia.
Zone 5 countries include Albania, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus, Switzerland, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Gibraltar, and Iceland, plus other regions shown at checkout.
Zone 6 countries include Canada and the United States.
Zone 7 countries include United Arab Emirates, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Japan, South Korea, Latvia, Malaysia, and Pakistan, plus other regions shown at checkout.
Zone 8 countries include Australia, Brazil, Egypt, Israel, Iraq, Morocco, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, and South Africa.
International delivery times and customs
We dispatch in-stock items within 1–2 working days.
We dispatch non-stock items to the delivery forecast shown at checkout.
International courier delivery usually takes 1–21 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail international services can take up to 30 working days.
We ship parcels outside the UK on a DAP basis.
You pay import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country.
Couriers contact you before delivery if charges apply.
Tracking and delivery responsibility
We send tracking details by email for every order.
You must provide a correct and complete delivery address at checkout.
You should check the parcel on arrival and report issues fast.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Report damage, missing items, or incorrect items within 7 working days of delivery.
Keep the packaging and take photos to support the claim.
We insure fragile items in transit.
Lost parcels
If a parcel goes missing, call us so we can open a courier investigation.
Courier investigation timelines vary by carrier and route.
Once the courier confirms loss, we refund or replace.
We action refunds or replacements within 24 hours for stocked items once confirmed lost.
We action non-stock replacements as soon as the replacement arrives with us.
Returns overview
Start every return by emailing info@agri-lighting.co.uk for return authorisation.
Return items unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Use a tracked return service and keep proof of posting.
Unwanted items and return window
Return unwanted items within 30 days of delivery.
Send returns back within 14 days of notifying our sales team.
You pay return postage for unwanted items.
Special orders and restocking fees
We exclude special order items from “no reason” returns where stated at checkout.
If you return a special order item or an item ordered in error, we may charge up to 20% of the item value.
We apply the fee to cover admin and handling costs.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items
Notify us within 7 working days of delivery if the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We refund return postage only when we confirm a fault or an incorrect supply.
We exchange faulty items if we hold stock, or we refund if we cannot replace.
Refund processing time
We process refunds within 5 working days of receiving and checking your return.
We refund to the original payment method where possible.
